Dr. Robert Toney. Dr. Toney, a native of Madison Alabama, received his bachelors degree from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. After graduation, Dr. Toney attended the University of Alabama School of Dentistry where he received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine.

Upon his graduation, Dr. Toney entered the military where he served honorably for 23 years. Dr. Toney retired from active military service in 2005 as a colonel. While serving as a distinguished military dentist, Dr. Toney received hours of extensive triage in many different phases of dentistry.
